Our wines

Škrlet

Škrlet

A variety which at one point almost disappeared due to neglect of its oenological characteristics and the opinion that the variety does not have enough potential to produce quality or even top quality wines. White variety, characterized by a delicate aroma and a prominent bouquet. The wine has a slightly light yellow color that tends to turn green in its hues. Always moderate alcohol and pleasant as a summer wine, but on winter days it will show its full luster and the warmth it gives with proper serving.

Combination with dishes: white meat dishes, fish and seafood specialties and cold salads

Serving temperature: 10 – 12 ° C.

Chardonnay

The world-famous variety is well established in our area of Moslavina, where it shows its full luxury and strength in a vineyard where it enchants with ease of cultivation, and in the glass gives strong and pleasant wines with a specific light aroma. In some years it really shows very good results with high sugars and good acid ratios. Extremely noble white, strong-bodied wine with a touch of fresh fruit.
Combination with dishes: white meat dishes, meat (pork, dark roast meat), fish and seafood specialties, salads

Serving temperature: 10 – 12 ° C.

Graševina

Graševina

(Synonyms: Welschriesling, Laški rizling, Olasz rizling, Vlašsky ryzlink, Riesling Italico)
As the most widespread variety in continental Croatia, we simply could not bypass it in our offer, and in fact at the moment it is the variety that is most prevalent in our vineyard by the number of vines. Extremely fruity, pleasant as a young wine. Aging in the bottle produces interesting results and complexity of flavors. Straw-yellow in color and usually dry to a residual sugar content and medium alcohol content.
Combination with dishes: cheeses, beef, cured meats, peppers, appetizers.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12 ° C.

Rhine Riesling (Rajnski rizling)

Also one of the world-famous varieties, with the production potential may be the strongest variety in our vineyard, but there is no need to place prejudices and big differences between the wines. A variety that is already commonly referred to as the “King of Acids” shows a fruit bouquet in the first days of fermentation, which is greatly enhanced and developed by aging in the bottle. Depending on the timing of the harvest (and possible attacks of the noble mold), the color of the wine ranges from light to straw yellow, with an occasional green glow.
Combination with dishes: mushroom soups, herbs, appetizers, fish.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12 ° C.

Rajnski rizling

HASKAP – Siberian blueberry wine

Fruit wine that, with its intense violet-red color, can stand side by side with any “full blood” red wine, and to match the intensity and complexity of the aroma with each tramin and sauvignon. Full of flavor, crisp with a sweet finish that lasts a long time in the mouth. Considering the health-positive potential contained in Siberian blueberries, we consider that moderate consumption of Siberian blueberry wine contributes to the overall positive psycho-physical condition.

According to our knowledge, it is a fruit wine that is not produced anywhere in the world (correct us if we are wrong!) And that certainly has its future in the world of fruit wines. The first expert trials and exhibitions delighted enologists and also a wide audience of citizens who had the opportunity to try this new product for the first time in their lives.
